Do you offer custom production?

Yes. For clients who want to create their own brand or add unique pieces to their collection, we provide custom production. We take your designs and turn them into ready-to-sell products, delivering with low MOQs, competitive prices, and fast production times.

What is a BLANK?

A BLANK is a finished product without any print, logo, or label. These include plain items like t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. BLANK products are ideal for those who want to create their own brand or apply custom prints.

Can BLANK products be customized?

Absolutely yes. You can add prints, embroidery, or custom labels to BLANK products, making them completely unique to your brand.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is the minimum quantity required to place an order.

  • For BLANK products: No MOQ.
  • For customized BLANK products: MOQ starts from 20 pieces.
  • For fully custom production: MOQ is generally between 50–100 pieces.

How do your processes work?

Once your order is confirmed, production planning begins. For stock or BLANK products, preparation and quality control are carried out before shipping. For custom production, we first prepare a sample, then move to bulk production. We keep you updated at every step to ensure full transparency.

What is the lead time?

Lead time is the period from order confirmation to delivery.

  • For stock and BLANK products: usually shipped within 1–5 business days.
  • For custom production: typically takes 2–4 weeks.
